This issue is usually caused if the Video cable is not correctly attached. Please check all cables if you have this problem before contacting me.

I will repair this problem for £30.

If the Xbox is not repairable I will charge nothing. You will get your Xbox back in the same condition that you delivered it.

You will be charged for a repair once it is completed.

I accept Cheques but not Cards.

 

  

Pick-up and Drop-off

My preference is for you to deliver your Xbox to me, but please call first. I am happy to pick-up and drop-off but will charge extra for this service. This payment is required at pick-up and is not refundable.

 - Within the Blue circle £15
 - Outside the blue, not sure.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

When you receive your repaired console you will get a receipt and a reference number. You must retain this receipt as part of your 30 day warranty.

If your  console develops the same problem again during your 30 day warranty period, I will repair the console again for free. If it can't be repaired I will issue a full refund of the repair cost.

Warranty does not apply to Xboxes that have been opened, modified or fixed previously.

Charges for Pick-up and Drop-Off Service are not refundable.
